PATHS

Positive Alternatives through Home Services (PATHS) programs offer community supervision services to pre-adjudicated youth. The goal of PATHS programming is to ensure youth return to court and ensure community safety by reducing the rate of recidivism. Youth are referred to the PATHS program by the 17th Judicial District Court and services are provided to program participants and their family at their home.

PROGRAMS

• The Pre-Trial program reduces the number of youth in the 17th Judicial District, Adams County detention center by providing comprehensive services to youth and their family from the time of the child’s arrest until their case is resolved in district court. The Pre-Trial program serves approximately 180 youth between the ages of 10 and 17 annually.
