The Family Connection

The program is part of a state licensed Child Placement Agency providing therapeutic foster care to children and adolescents. All of the foster homes are located in the Denver Metropolitan area. The placements come from various Colorado Human services agencies. The staff can provide both therapy and case management services for the youth who are placed in these homes.

Additionally, The Family Connection offers monthly training for foster parents and a 24 hour on-call hotline that is available to foster parents.

The goal of the program is to help youth better manage their behavior and emotional state so they can return home, be adopted or emancipate.
