Kearney Street

This program is a collaborative effort with Denver Housing, Denver Human Services, DAYS and several other community organizations.

The program’s goal is to provide a safe home environment for teen mothers so they can parent their child properly. Teen mothers and their child are paired with foster mothers in a home setting in North East Denver. The program provides the opportunity for these mothers to graduate from High School, obtain a GED, secure employment and prepare to live independently with their child. The program also offers daycare, parenting classes, and referrals for therapy.
