PATHS Community Re-Entry Opportunities Project (Core-Op)
The PATHS/Community Re-Entry Opportunities Project is involved in the development and maintenance of an extensive, comprehensive listing of community resources which will provide these youth with opportunities for sustainable employment, housing, education and other activities/services necessary for healthy growth and community re-entry.
We are attempting to seek out and engage community resources that have a willingness to be of assistance to
DYC, N.E. Region parolees and, critically, that may be able to provide a ‘direct link’ individual who would take on a supportive role in the client’s movement toward success. Categories include:
- Government Programs and Social Agencies
- Housing
- Employment
- Education
- Healthcare
- Substance Abuse Treatment
- Mental Health Treatment
- Family & Domestic Issues
